Facebook has already already acquired WhatsApp for a hefty sum of $19 billion. Along with, the good news comes for WhatsApp Android users. Previously the feature to hide "last seen at" status was only available to iPhone users, but now its officially available for android users also.
Previously, to hide last seen status a user need to install additional apps to their android mobile. Many of those additional apps contained trojans, viruses and malwares, which are no doubtfully end up destroying the lovely Android.
One of the reader here on Techorks and my friend Vishal had asked, how to hide WhatsApp last seen in android? So in this tutorial I am going to tell you how you can set the settings to hide your last seen WhatsApp status.
Let's Start.
Step #1 | Go to Menu & Choose Settings.
Step #2 | Go to Account.
Step #3 | Go to Privacy.
Step #4 | Select Last seen.
Step #5 | Between Everyone, My Contacts and Nobody choose Nobody.
You can set the following options separately for last seen, profile photo and/or status.
Everyone
Your last seen, profile photo and/or status will be available to all WhatsApp users.
My Contacts
Your last seen, profile photo and/or status will be available to your contacts from your address book only.
Nobody
Your last seen, profile photo and/or status will not be available to anyone.
Note: The Nobody setting is reciprocal. Setting last seen, profile photo and/or status to Nobody will also prevent you from seeing other users' information.
Step #6 | Vola! You'r done.
#Note: Make sure your internet connection is onn during doing the settings, otherwise it will not going to change WhatsApp last seen status.
