Bring Back Google Chrome's Old New Tab Page

Google Chrome's New Tab Page is one of the brilliant things I love in Chrome. It is the first thing which you see when you enters the Chrome. In a recent update they added a new logo and an app launcher which replaces the black navigation bar.

But some of us still didn't like the new look, so here is how to bring back the Chrome's old New Tab page. Seriously you do not require any extension or bookmark. Lets Start.

1. Open a New Tab by pressing Ctrl + T.
2. Paste the following link in the omnibox and hit Enter.

3. Set the value of Enable Instant Extended API to Disabled.
4. On the bottom-left press the Relaunch Now button to restart the chrome.

After the relaunch you should get back your own lovable old New Tab Page. To get it back set the value back to Default.

Hopefully by this method you can permanently get back your old new tab, without installing any extension or bookmark.
